Types of ISO section doors

ISO 40mm 

Combining price, performance and application options with modern and sleek designs, the ISO 40mm section door is a popular choice that provides exceptional thermal insulation and sound absorption.

 

ISO 60mm 

The effective partition between climate zones, the ISO 60mm section door has extra insulation and robust sealing properties ideal for keeping areas at a constant temperature.

 

ISO 80mm 

Double-skinned sectional doors with thermally broken steel panels for buildings looking to maintain higher insulation levels. The ISO 80mm is ideal for cold stores, refrigerated warehouses, industrial buildings, and distribution centres.

 

Features can include but are not limited to:

  • Standard frame ensures the door seals properly
  • Heavy-duty frame prevents door from expanding in the heat of the sun due to the dark colour of the frame
  • 19 standard ISO40 colours, some available for ISO60 & 80
  • Can be spray painted in an RAL colour
  • Stucco micro profiling is available in 3 standard colours for ISO40

 

Window types 

All ISO sectional doors can be fitted with Plexiglass windows for increased natural light and improved visibility.

 

ALU & Panorama

The ALU range is the ideal door for maintaining an indoor climate, combining modern innovation with exceptional design and ease of assembly.

 

Types of ALU section doors

ALU 40 

Combining attractive designs with optimal light transmittance, the ALU 40mm has a variety of coloured, insulated and air-permeable windows providing light and visibility to indoor areas.

ALU 60 

This robust sectional door is for environments where light and visibility are important, it comes with triple glazing that provides even more insulation, alongside anti-condensation and sound-absorbing properties.

 

Panorama 40 & 60mm 

A variation of the ALU range that doesn’t include vertical dividers, providing panoramic views which create a naturally reflective and attractive style. Ideal for buildings that are intended to be appealing whilst visibility and lighting remain important.

Features can include but are not limited to:

  • Low heat transfer and equipped with special insulation profiles to prevent condensation
  • Scratch resistant windows
  • Custom-sized aluminium profiles and reinforcement profiles to withstand heavy wind loads
  • Aluminium glazing beads help keep a high-quality appearance with any temperature fluctuations
  • Option of single and double side hinges to withhold the heaviest doors
  • Heavy-duty frame prevents door from expanding in the heat of the sun due to the dark colour of the frame
  • Manual and automatic operation
  • Spring buffer ensures that the door lowers as soon as it is prompted to do so
  • Touch control with remote control and high-speed motor are ideal for high traffic areas, and allow the door to raise and lower automatically to a set position that can be adjusted electronically and built-in with an obstacle detection system
  • Anodised glazing beads available in a colour of your choice
  • Standard white anodised aluminium
  • Optional spray paint and Rodeca glazing in 10 different colours

Safety in an emergency 

  • Emergency stop installed and fitted with a battery and can transmit signals wirelessly
  • Motor with an emergency chain that acts as a backup system so that the door can be opened during a power failure
  • Motor with release systems have cables that are used to open doors faster in the event of malfunctions
  • Spring break safety device blocks the spring shaft if a spring breaks preventing the door from crashing down and slack cable
  • A cable break safety device guides cables safely through the system to prevent the door from crashing down if a cable breaks immediately disconnect the motor if a cable breaks
  • Sectional doors can be lifted when they are unlocked so the fitted locking device prevents this, securing the site from break-ins
  • Safety features such as tracks ensure rollers are unable to become derailed
  • The standard safety edge automatically stops and retracts door if an object or person is detected beneath it, optionally you can choose the predictive safety edge that works without coming into contact with an object or person
  • Stationary photoelectric safety sensors must be fitted if the door opening is not visible to users when operating the door, if the signal is broken on the sensor the door will top and reverse to avoid accidents

  • ALU 60 consists of two aluminium profiles
  • The ALU 60 is fitted with triple glazing as standard for additional insulation, with option for double glazing for lower insulative value
  • Panorama door is available in Plexiglas which is made of high-quality and safe plastic that looks like glass
  • Choose from single-plate acrylic, 4mm tempered glass, double-plate acrylic windows, structural glass, perforated single panels or high-impact plastic
